It's safe to say, I am not as blog savvy as most and need to change that cause everyone's blogs are so cool and then there's mine! Haha!
Update, my baby girl will be turning 13 in 2 days and I'm not ready to be the momma of a teenage girl! She plays sports, this was her first year trying volleyball and she liked it. This is her second year playing basketball and I'm proud to add she decided to be more aggressive this year, YAY!! She says soccer is still her favorite sport though. She rides horses any chance she gets and loves to take care of them! She is such a great young woman and I'm extremely proud that she is mine!!
We are getting ready for a trip to good ol' Pima in a week, and my kids are impatient like their momma!! Rilyn has been trying to pack his bag for a week and a half now and everyday I have to remind him that he needs clothes to wear to school and packing them isn't a great idea! Haha! They have a couple good reason to be so anxious for the trip, not only to see their dad(who they miss so much) but they have a baby horse named Paisley that they are so ready to meet!! And go hunting with their dad after Thanksgiving dinner! I'm pretty sure that's Rilyn's main reason for the excitement! ;)
Collyn, being my Dennis the menace, has been challenging my mothering skills! He means well, I swear, but has a hard time showing it more often than not! I love him to pieces though and wouldn't change him for the world!! Now, if we could only get his two front teeth to finally come in, the poor child has been without them for over 2 years now! Haha!
Rilyn has an arm on him that a few of the senior class kids here are surprised how good he is at football at such a young age(and size). He has been trying to teach his baby brother how to throw a football and is coming along great! He's a great teacher! If he's not tossing the football with Uncle Dusty or cousin Ryker his momma steps in and helps. I admit I'm their toughest critic when it comes to most stuff but it's only cause I believe if you're going to do it, do it right and give it your all! Both boys played "Little Dribblers" basketball last year and will be playing again this year. It's a great opportunity for them to learn early and be prepared for jr. high sports and it's fun to watch!
I'm so blessed to have these 3 beautiful children and that is the one thing I am thankful for all year long!!
I hope everyone has a happy and safe Turkey day!!
